We are pleased to announce the merge of recreation services between the Town of Lac du Bonnet and the Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet, effective Jan. 1, 2026. This shared agreement of the new Lac du Bonnet Recreation Department brings together the strengths, staff, and resources of both departments to better serve our community.

By uniting our recreation programs and services, we aim to expand program offerings, improve operational efficiency, and create more opportunities for residents and tourists of all ages to engage in healthy, active, and enriching experiences.

Current programs and services will continue during the transition, and we are committed to ensuring minimal disruption for participants. Over the coming months, we will share additional information regarding program enhancements, staffing updates, and any changes to registration or scheduling. Bianca Tetrault will be the Director of Recreation Programming - serving the entire community of Lac du Bonnet.

We are excited about this next chapter and look forward to building a stronger, more inclusive recreation system together. Thank you for your continued support.
