Recreation Equipment Rentals

Cross-Country Ski & Snowshoe Rental Request Forms:
Rental Procedure:
- Fill out and submit a completed equipment rental request. Recreation Equipment Rental – Fill out form
- Once we receive the completed rental request, we will contact you to let you know if the requested equipment is available for the dates requested.
- A signed loan agreement and a photocopy of your license will be required at time of pick up
- Rental periods are subject to change based on demand of equipment
- Typical office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. (Office hours can be subject to change without notice). Pick up and drop off of equipment is only available during regular office hours.
